How to Check if a School is in the Flywire Network
- For Agents using the Annalink Agent Portal
- Log in to the Agent Portal and retrieve the payment link directly from the Flywire Payment section.
- For Agents without Agent Portal access
- Please contact the Annalink team to request your dedicated API link for checking and creating transactions.

To check a school:
- Visit: https://oshcstudents.com.au/other-services/flywire/
- Enter the school name in the search bar.
- If the school appears, you can proceed with payment via Flywire.
If the school is not listed:
- Contact Annalink immediately to request adding the school to the Flywire system.

Recommended Payment Methods
- Recommended: Bank transfer.
- Not recommended: Momo, ZaloPay, cash, or other alternative methods.
Note: Students should be advised that payments made via non-bank transfer methods may cause refund delays and complications.
Required Documents for Creating a Payment Request
✅ Valid Invoice:
- Offer Letter, invoice, payment request email, or a screenshot from the school’s system.
- Must clearly show: School name/logo, student name, amount, payment method, invoice date/due date.
✅ Vietnamese Passport:
- Clear photo, no cropped corners. Foreign passports are not accepted.
✅ Proof of Relationship between the payer and the student:
- Refer to the list here: https://surl.li/csvxnh
✅ Accommodation or Insurance Fees:
- Must be accompanied by an Offer Letter or Visa.
Important Notes
- The payer must be the student or a family member with valid proof of relationship.
- The payer’s details must match the bank transfer receipt.
- If details are incorrect, update them via the Tracking Link before making payment.
