IMPORTANT NOTES #

  1. OVHC is valid when you hold the corresponding eligible visa. Please check carefully whether the insurance package covers GP clinic visits only, or both GP and hospital services.
  2. For policy cancellations or refunds due to early departure or other reasons, submit all required documents within 1 month from the cancellation date.
  3. If you need to extend your insurance, log in to your account and make the payment.
  4. For any expected visa changes, contact Annalink’s partner for assistance as soon as possible.
  5. Update the start date after the visa is granted and notify Annalink.

HOW TO USE YOUR INSURANCE #

In Australia, if you wish to see a doctor, first visit a GP (General Practitioner) clinic. If specialist care or hospital admission is needed, the GP will refer you to the appropriate specialist or hospital.

  • Update personal information (phone number and address)
  • Change your password
  • Upgrade
  • Setup Direct Debit

The insurance has a Direct Billing clinic network where you can visit and have consultation fees billed directly to the insurer. Search here

If you pay for the consultation upfront, keep all receipts to submit a claim through your online insurance account.
