OVHC is valid when you hold the corresponding eligible visa.
For policy cancellations or refunds due to early departure or other reasons, please notify us in advance if you already have a planned date, instead of waiting until your departure, as cancellations cannot be backdated.
If you need to extend your insurance, please log in to your insurance account and make the payment.
For any expected changes to your visa, please contact Annalink’s partner for assistance as soon as possible.
For policy cancellations, Medibank may charge a processing fee and will refund from the date the cancellation request is received.

Usage process: In Australia, if you wish to see a doctor, you must first visit a GP (General Practitioner) clinic. If specialist care or hospital admission is needed, the GP will refer you to the appropriate specialist or hospital.
