- Step 2: Before visiting a doctor, call the toll-free number listed on your insurance certificate to find an in-network clinic, or search online:
- Provider network in the US: Home (whyuhc.com)
- Provider network outside the US: Find a Doctor or Hospital
- Before Visit
- For the best coverage, search for the nearest clinic within the linked network. If you visit any hospital outside the network, you will need to pay upfront and then submit a claim for reimbursement.
- Please request the doctor or hospital to issue:
- Medical bills (for consultation or hospitalization)
- Prescriptions
- Then, log in to your online account to submit your claim.
